Honda recalls 1.9 lakh cars in India over faulty front passenger airbags

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) will recall over 1.9 lakh cars in the country. The Japanese auto brand is conducting the recall drive to replace the front passenger Takata airbag inflators, a part of the global recall campaign. The affected models include the previous-generation of Accord, CR-V, Civic, City and Jazz. Honda will replace the airbag inflators at all its dealerships and not change the owners any additional costs.
