While there is no confirmed launch date for the Maruti Suzuki Ignis in sight, someone got an in-depth look at the model that will soon be available in India, hinting that the launch is imminent.

We have been hearing about the Maruti Suzuki Ignis time and again. We know that it is expected to be launched around Diwali this year. We also got a glimpse of it at the Paris Motor Show. While there is confirmed launch date in sight, Gaadiwaadi got an in-depth look at the model that will soon be available in India, hinting that the launch is imminent. The Ignis is what many could call a compact crossover vehicle. It comfortably seats 4 occupants including the driver. A petrol variant that packs in a 1.2-litre engine that delivers 83bhp and 115Nm of torque. The diesel variant features a 1.3-litre motor capable of producing 74bhp and 190Nm of peak torque.
