The iconic Ford Mustang GT has been launched in India at a with a price tag of Rs 65 lakh,  reported India Today. Earlier this year, the Mustang made its debut in India at the Auto Expo 2016. The sixth generation of the muscle car would feature independent rear suspension for a comfortable ride on Indian roads, reported Deccan Chronicle. According to India Today, the Indian version of the Ford Mustang will see the flagship 5.0-litre Ti-VCT V8 engine that generates 420 bhp and 515 Nm of torque with automatic transmission. Traditional definitions of customer segments are blurring, ”  The Times of India quoted Anurag Mehrotra, Ford’s executive director of marketing and sales. More than 9 million units of the Ford Mustang have been sold across the world since its launch in 1964, the report added.
