After the initial unveil of the new brand, at the launch of the sleek-looking FFZERO01 concept at the last CES, Faraday Future will be back this year, with an actual production car. While the company has been teasing its fans with video teasers that reveal the car in heavy camouflage, there is now finally an email from the company that gives us our first official glimpse of the front end of the car. The image was sent out to the media. Autoblog reports that there’s is indeed not much that has been revealed in the image either. The creative shows the front end of the upcoming production vehicle revealing a part of the bonnet, the headlamp, and the cool-looking grille that’s made up of a pattern that looks like the Faraday Future ‘FF’ logo, with the logo highlighted front centre. The headlamp seems hidden under the LED daytime running light (DRL) that runs around the front curve. This could be a signature design feature on all Faraday Future vehicles since it was present on the FFZERO1 concept at CES earlier this year. Going by the design, and the leaked videos, we could be looking at a crossover vehicle with 4 doors and hatch at the rear. Faraday Future’s upcoming crossover, indeed seems more of a people mover that should compete with Tesla’s Model X SUV rather than the Model S sedan. The teaser comes after plenty of bad publicity around Faraday Future vehicle factory in Nevada. From what we have heard, there have been a couple of hurdles involving construction to the lack of funds and even news about the company putting the production of its soon to be unveiled vehicle on hold.
