Constitutional resistance and resilience: To argue that constitutionality of Citizenship Act can't be settled 'on the roads' is shallow and dismissive

Citizenship Act: While legal argument in courts, as Pandey says, "requires certain legal and constitutional scholarship", it is his disdain for the enactment of a politics of resistance which deploys a distinctly constitutional idiom (can't be settled at the pedestrian level, on the roads) which should be a larger cause for concern.
