Why blame Yasin Malik for Indian soft state's failings?
There is nothing surprising about Malik’s sharing a dais with Hafiz Saeed. If the Indian soft state cannot establish its authority even in the face of brazen challenges to India's territorial integrity in Kashmir, how can it expect others to respect it?
