U.S. judge in Hawaii puts emergency halt on Trump's new travel ban | Reuters

U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson on Wednesday said he would put an emergency halt on President Donald Trump's revised travel ban that placed temporary U.S. entry restrictions on refugees and travellers from six Muslim-majority countries.

The new ban was set to go into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday.
