U.S. commander in South Korea says THAAD battery to be deployed within 8-10 months -Yonhap | Reuters

SEOUL The commander of U.S. forces in South Korea said on Friday a U.S. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-missile system battery would be deployed to South Korea within eight to 10 months, Yonhap News Agency reported.Vincent Brooks, the commander of United States Forces Korea, was speaking at a breakfast meeting in Seoul hosted by a local military association, Yonhap said.
