Lahore: Five persons, including two alleged Indian nationals, have been arrested on charges of spying in the Cantonment area of this eastern Pakistani city, police sources said today. The sources told PTI that Military Intelligence had arrested the two alleged Indians nationals near the Pakistan Rangers headquarters within Lahore Cantonment a week ago. Today, police arrested the three Pakistanis in Hudiara village and took to an undisclosed place for interrogation,” a police source said. State-run Radio Pakistan reported on its Twitter stream that five “alleged Indian spies” had been arrested on the Pakistan-India border but did not give details. Officials of the Indian High Commission said they had not been intimated by Pakistani authorities about the arrest of any Indian nationals in Lahore. PTI
