David Cameron condemns attack on French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo

London: Prime Minister David Cameron on Wednesday condemned the “sickening” terror attack on the office of a French satirical weekly in Paris, saying Britain stood with France in the fight against terrorism and defending the freedom of the press. We stand with the French people in the fight against terror and defending the freedom of the press,” Cameron said in the House of Commons. “I’m sure the whole House will want join me in condemning the barbaric attack this morning on an office of a magazine in Paris,” Cameron said at the start of his weekly question and answer session. At least 12 people were killed when gunmen armed with Kalashnikovs and a rocket-launcher opened fire in the offices of French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo.
