Cameron sees 'basis for breakthrough' with Turkey at EU summit | Reuters

BRUSSELS British Prime Minister David Cameron said on Monday the European Union could still reach a deal on migration with Turkey.

"I think we do have the basis for a breakthrough," Cameron said after an EU leaders summit in Brussels with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
