$Google\'s Gmail app for Android users just got a serious new upgrade. Now users who using devices that run on Android 4.1 or higher will be able to reply and archive messages right from the notifications centre. Users can also customise different ringtones for messages they receive from some people. $It seems that Gmail was down for a lot of users. Access to the service was just restored for some users. Google\'s App status dashboard doesn\'t seem to show any outage for Gmail but users faced issues after logging into Gmail. GChat for instance wasn\'t opening.
