Suresh Kalmadi, accused of corruption in the Commonwealth Games, arrives at his residence after he was freed from Tihar jail on January 19, 2012, as the Delhi high court accepted his bail plea. Indian Olympic Association (IOA) vice-president Tarlochan Singh said on Thursday that Suresh Kalmadi was welcome to re-join the sports organisation as its president again.
