In his strongest message yet to the perennially bickering party leaders, the newly appointed AICC vice-president warned of stern action against those who fail the 'discipline' test. He even set a time frame for necessary changes: three months. The Gandhi scion has been in Odisha before. In 2008, he launched his much publicised 'Discovery of India' yatra from the state. strongAmethi (UP):/strong Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today accused the Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh of not fulfilling its poll promises and regretted that he was not able to do enough for the state as it did not have a Congress government.
