New Delhi: Congress today dismissed speculation that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy was mulling to float a new party to protest the decision to bifurcate the state. I assure you that the Chief Minister is a loyal Congress man and he will not leave the party, AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh told reporters here. On Telangana Bill being sent to Andhra Pradesh Assembly, Digvijay Singh said that it was for Home Ministry to decide.
