Jodhpur: Bhanwari Devi abduction and murder case accused Kailash Jakhar, who was rearrested after he escaped from the high court premises here, was yesterday remanded in 10-day police custody by a local court.
The Judicial Magistrate (Metropolitan) sent Jakhar, who was produced in the court with handcuffs amid tight security, to 10 days police custody.
Jakhar was arrested Monday after he had escaped from the High Court premises here on 14 June with the help of armed assailants who opened fire to help him flee.
