WASHINGTON, DC - JUNE 28: House Democrats walk out after the U.S. House of Representatives voted on the 2nd part of the U.S. House of Representatives vote to hold Attorny General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012 on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The House was scheduled for the contempt vote after Holder was accused for not submitting some of the documents in the Fast and Furious program, a federal law enforcement operation that allowed guns to circulate across the border between the U.S. and Mexico, to a House panel investigating it.
