Polynesian Exhibition cooking event at Brookdale Community College
On December 7, 2011 students, faculty, and staff from Brookdale Community College got to taste the delicious cuisine that comes from the Polynesian Islands. The menu included_ creamy molokai sweet potato soup, coconut rice and sliced chicken with huli huli sauce (just to name a few).
