Have you noticed how all of those Arsenal fans baying for the blood of Arsene Wenger over the last four or five seasons have gone so very quiet of late? It's hardly surprising. There they are, with a quarter of the season gone, having established a five-point lead in the Premier League. They comfortably quelled the attacking threat of Liverpool at the Emirates on Saturday in an authoritative 2-0 win. What should not be ignored in the slightest is that Arsenal have got to where they are despite significant injuries. With nine men unavailable, they are statistically the most injury-ridden side, and this last weekend, Jack Wilshere was added to the sidelines. In time, Arsenal's injury crisis will ease, while their rivals may instead having to cope without certain key players.
