Nokia released two new handsets, the Nokia Lumia 920 and the Nokia Lumia 820 on Jan 10th. They would be hoping that the buzz generated around the Nokia Lumia 920, the flagship Lumia phone, would help them sell more of these Windows 8 phones. The success of these handsets has become crucial for the struggling Finnish mobile giant as it tries to launch a credible competition to Apple and Samsung, the current lords of the mobile world.
While there is a fair amount of positive buzz from the press and tech bloggers, it would be hard to say whether that would translate to consumers forking out money to buy the Nokia Lumia 920.
To get an idea as to what the man on the street thought of this new phone, we decided to subject the phone through the ultimate litmus test – we put the phone in the hands of consumers like you and asked them all a set of four questions and caught their responses on camera. The questions we asked them were -
- What were their first impressions of the phone?
- Did they ever own a Nokia phone?
- Would they buy this phone if they had Rs 38,000 to spend?
- Would they recommend the Nokia Lumia 920 to a friend?
Watch the video to see their responses, a few of which were really surprising.
We’d like to know what you think of the Nokia Lumia 920. Please use the comments to give us your responses.
