Toshiba's Honeycomb Tablet Appears on Amazon

So it’s been quite some time since Toshiba’s tablet has been in the news. They showed up at the MWC last month and even came up with a site for their Honeycomb tablet. And now the tablet has appeared on Amazon but still without a name!

Although it has made an appearance on the site, it’s not up for pre-orders. This also means that there’s no indication about the pricing or the release date of the tablet. Here’s a quick run through the specs of the tablet:

  • 10.1-inch display with 1200 x 800 pixels resolution
  • Wi-Fi, GPS
  • Bluetooth
  • 5 megapixel camera with autofocus
  • 2 megapixel front-facing camera
  • USB, mini-USB, and HDMI ports

The tablet has an NVIDIA dual-core Tegra 2 processor and runs on Android Honeycomb. Plus there are features like Gyroscope and an Accelerometer.

So the tablet has made it to the Amazon website, has got it’s own website but still doesn’t have a name. I sure do hope that the users will end up knowing what to call the tablet!
