The Social Network Bags at Golden Globes

Remember when we said "The Social Network" is a clear contender for the Oscar for best film? Aside from our word, here's another little factoid that will help you with your Oscar winner bet making. The film took four awards at the Golden Globes including Best Director (David Fincher) and Best Drama. While the Golden Globes are decided by the Hollywood Foreign Press and the Oscars by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), the Globes are usually a good indicator of Academy Award winners.

Zuckerberg clearly isn't happy with the way the film has depicted the early years of Facebook but it clearly has made him and his company the cultural phenomenon even the housewife living under the biggest rock will know.
