SCOSCHE Industries has been creating some pretty neat iPod, iPhone and iPad accessories, which have even won awards in the past. Now they’re out with a new product, the motorMOUTH II, which is a plug and play Bluetooth handsfree car kit and streaming audio receiver. This device plugs directly into a vehicle’s MP3/AUX input for hands-free conversations and will stream audio from any A2DP device.
Apparently, the motorMOUTH II is also really easy to use. Like most Bluetooth accessories, all you have to do is plug the device in and press the multifunction button to enter pairing mode, which is indicated by the blinking blue LED. Once paired you can dial directly from the handset or press the multifunction button once for voice dialing. The motorMOUTH’s DSP also has echo cancellation technology which supposedly ensures crystal clear even in noisy cars.
Just plug and play, or even talk!
SCOSCHE provides an aux relocation cable if your car has an auxiliary input located in the center console. You can then temporarily or permanently mount the new input in a location for the motorMOUTH to clearly pick-up the driver’s voice. This device also ships with a Y adapter for users that prefer to directly connect their music.
