Sony launches new USB Type-C dual connection flash drive starting from Rs 1,999

Since the adoption of the USB Type-C standard is slowly increasing among smartphones and laptops, Sony has introduced its all new USB Type-C flash drive. The new flash drive comes with a reversible port as well as a standard USB Type-A port that is compatible with the existing standard.

It offers the latest USB 3.1 speed standard and provides a read speed of up to 130MBps for faster data transfer. The flash drive is compatible with all devices that come with the new Type-C port ranging from tablets, smartphones and PCs.

It has a slim and compact body and a metal exterior and is supplied with a silicone cover with a useful strap hole, available in three capacities – 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Prices start at Rs 1,999 for the 16GB variant while the 32GB and 64GB and cost Rs 4,099 and Rs 7,099 respectively.
