Sony Launches New SDHC Memory Card

Sony India Pvt. Ltd. just launched three cards with high data transfer speeds and enhanced image recovery abilities. These three cards are the SF-8NX, SF-16NX and the SF-32NX, with capacities of 8, 16 and 32 GB respectively. The new SDHC Memory Card Class 10 storage features software for recovering accidentally deleted pictures and allows for data transfer of up to 22MB/s, which is good for burst shooting with a DSLR or capturing video in high definition.

Playback of movies and photos stored on SDHC Memory Class 10 is made possible when the card is used together the MRW-F3 memory card reader and connected via USB to a television or Blu-ray player. Users of the SDHC Memory Card Class 10 will also be able to download x-Pict Story™, a free software which lets users create and share slideshows of their favourite pictures and music.

The price for these memory cards has not been announced yet, but we will keep you updated as soon as we know.
