Just yesterday, we saw the XPERIA Play being up for pre-order on Flipkart. Now there’s news of the XPERIA Mini2 being snapped. Although the picture (a really blurry one) doesn’t really reveal much about the smartphone, the Mini2 is said to be running on Google’s latest OS for smartphones, Gingerbread.
Not too clear, is it?
According to GSMArena, the Mini2 is said to be similar to the Xperia Mini Pro 2, apart from the sliding keyboard that is. The smartphone might also be powered by a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor with an Adreno 205 GPU. The only other detail that we’ve got is that the screen can very well be a 3-inch HVGA touchscreen. So in terms of processing power and GPU, the Mini2 is quite identical to the XPERIA Play.
Well that’s all we know about the Mini2 for now and since it has started making mysterious appearances, you never know when (and what) the next piece of news about this smartphone will be. Watch this space.
