Sony Ericsson launches the Xperia neo V and the Xperia Pro in India

Sony Ericsson has announced the official launch of the latest entrants in their Xperia series of smartphones, the Xperia neo V and the Xperia Pro. The Xperia Pro continues the trend of the earlier ‘Pro’ versions of the smartphone i.e. the Xperia Mini Pro and the X10 Mini Pro and has a slider keyboard but the major change is the screen size that will be a massive 3.7-inch with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. It runs on a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and has an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash. The camera supports HD recording as well. Sony Ericsson has also bundled in a VGA front camera for video calling and self portraits.
