Seagate Introduces the GoFlex Network Storage System

Seagate has debuted the newest addition to its GoFlex family of hard drives for the Indian Market. Christened the GoFlex Home network storage system, it is an easy-to-use system which allows you to store, access and back up files from Windows and Mac OSX operating systems once connected to a router.

The GoFlex can be setup in a few minutes and utilizes just two cable connections to stream your movies, pictures and music to network connected DLNA devices such as the GoFlex TV HD media player or Gaming Consoles.

It's available in 1TB and 2 TB variants and the modular design allows you to swap in higher capacity hard drives.

The new GoFlex Home network storage system is available for a suggested retail price of Rs. 8,000 for the 1TB and Rs. 12,000 for the 2TB variant.
