Rumors of Apple coming up with an updated version of its market-leading tablet seem to be doing the rounds in the US. This comes at the same time as other companies slating to launch their own tablets, aiming to knock the iPad off the top spot.
One of the logical hopes for the updated iPad are of course a front facing camera (at least) for Face Time-ing.
Undoubtedly, the iPad has ruled the tablet market and blown many devices into oblivion. Apple would only end up improvising on their product once they come up with a newer version.
This shouldn’t be surprising as Steve Jobs, CEO Apple has rubbished any efforts to make tablet PCs with smaller dimensions.
Apart from revealing that Apple has sold about 4 million tablet PCs, he also said, “We think the ten-inch screen size is the minimum size required to create great tablet apps.”
