OnePlus has launched the latest Open Beta version for OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T devices. The latest version is based on Android Nougat 7.1.1 along with Google Daydream VR services enabled in the system. The update comes after a month's break that OnePlus developers took after the launch of OxygenOS 4.0.3 to celebrate the festival season in China.

One interesting detail about the update is that it comes with Android security patch level dated 1 March 2017. According to reports, no other OEM has released March security patch except Google for its Nexus and Pixel lineup. The ROM comes along with a hidden section called the 'OnePlus Laboratory' where the users can fine tune the notifications in the section called as 'Power notification controls.'
