HTC Vigor has been in the news from July. First it was reported that the smartphone would have 720p video recording capabilities, followed by a leaked image and then last month a video had surfaced. Though we had a fair idea of what the HTC Vigor aka HTC Rezound would look like, there is nothing like an official press shot. However, the press shot in question is of a hard shell case which holds the Rezound. An interesting design which HTC has adopted on this handset is the red glow of the soft keys.
Revealed by a case design
According to a report by HTCPedia, the official images display the official HTC Rezound and it appears exactly the same as the leaked images we have seen all this while. The report states that this handset will be released on the 10th of November, however this is unofficial. As of now there is no official information as to what the specifications of this smartphone are but various reports indicate that it will have a 1.5GHz processor, Android Gingerbread 2.3.4, 8 megapixel camera at the back along with a 2 megapixel camera at the front for video calling. This handset will feature a 4.3-inch HD display and a SIM card slot with LTE abilities.
As of now no word is available even on the tentative pricing of the HTC Rezound. With the announcement date just a few days away we will get more information on the availability of this handset soon.
