After Battlefield 3, it’s now Call of Duty’s turn for some time in the limelight. Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) marks the third installment in this new series (starting with Modern Warfare and then MW II) and is set to end the storyline. Gearing up for the launch, Logitech has announced MW3 stylized gaming peripherals in the form of special editions of the G105 keyboard and G9X laser mouse. The keyboard is expected to hit US and Europe this month for a suggested price of $79.99 while the mouse should be available beginning of November for a retail price of $99.99.
In stealth mode
The Logitech G105 is tagged as the official keyboard for the first person shooter and is appropriately dressed as well. The blue backlighting that Logitech typically uses is replaced by ‘night-vision’ green LED backlight. Similar to the G110, it features six programmable buttons, each with three modes, thereby giving you a total of 18 macro combinations. You can even record a macro on the fly if you have to. It supports multi-key input allowing you to use up to five keys at once.
The G9X laser gaming mouse is a re-skinned version of the original with green lighting and of course the COD : MW3 logo. Specifications
haven’t changed as it still sports a high speed laser capable of switching on the fly from 200dpi all the way up to 5700dpi. The MicroGear Precision Scroll wheel gives you better control when switching between weapons and also features infinite scroll, for quickly browsing through long web pages or documents. It also has interchangeable grips and you can adjust the weight of the mouse as per your liking.
