LG is expected to launch its upcoming flagship smartphone LG V30 at the IFA 2017 press conference in Berlin on 31 August. According to a report on Android Authority the device will go on sale on 15 September in South Korea.
LG is expected to open pre-orders for the smartphone on 17 September in the US. The sale is expected to begin from 28 September in the country.
The website mentioned that the smartphone will be launched globally on 28 September. The phone is expected to feature a 6-inch OLED display and a 13 MP camera. It will pack a 3,300 mAh battery and will be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor. The display of the phone is expected to follow a bezel-less design. It will be available in two internal-storage variants of 64 GB and 128 GB respectively. According to the website the phone is also expected to feature wireless charging and military standard protection.
LG recently launched the LG G6 in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs 55,000 and features a 5.7-inch bezel-less display. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 821 and runs on a 2.3 GHz Quad core processor. It packs a 3,300 mAh battery and is backed by 4 GB of RAM. The LG G6 has two storage-variants of 32 GB and 64 GB and its memory can be expanded by up to 2 TB via an external, micro-SD card.
