At the flip of its special patented double hinge, the keyboard flips 360-degrees from beneath the display to transform into a media-friendly tablet fitted with audio-visual features like Dolby Home Theatre. The award winning IdeaPad Yoga launched in India
“Lenovo is one of the first players to embody the convertible design and touch interface in a single device- the IdeaPad Yoga, while providing an optimized Windows 8 experience to the end user. The product is targeted at individuals who want to enhance their performance at work and play through one extraordinarily light device that offers flexible multi-modes. Despite having two devices rolled into one, the Yoga is unbelievably thin, offering the user great mobility and convenience,” said Rajesh Thadani, Director, Consumer Business Segment, Lenovo India.
According to Shailendra Katyal, Director, Marketing, Lenovo India, “With the YOGA we are rounding off one of the most exciting years of innovation and launches in Lenovo’s history. We have seen Ultrabooks, X1 Carbon and Smartphones all getting launched within a few months of each other. We are clearly demonstrating our presence as one of the leading personal technology brands in this country, with this showcase device.”
The Yoga is also equipped with Lenovo’s Enhanced Experience 8.0, which includes apps along with features like faster boot up and cloud services.
Yoga 13-inch combines the productivity of an Ultrabook with the touch experience of a tablet, taking full advantage of the Windows 8 functionality. The four modes make it easy to create, share, or consume content. Users can even gesture to flip through photos and other content with Yoga 13’s special Motion Control technology or simply use their fingers on the multi-touch screen.
Yoga 11-inch is the world’s slimmest multi-mode PC, measuring 15.6 mm and weighing 1.25 kg. Yoga 11’s slim design and 11.6-in screen make it a great convertible offering mobility to the user. Featuring Nvidia Tegra 3 – the world’s only quad-core processor for Windows RT – Yoga 11 lets users watch HD movies, play games, get connected and stay productive with Microsoft Office applications for long amounts of time.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 is available at an MRP of Rs 84,290 while the IdeaPad Yoga 11 will be available at an MRP of Rs 61,790.
