Update: Karbonn has officially launched the Quattro L50 smartphone at Rs 7,990.
Karbonn brings in yet another budget device into the Indian market with the Quattro L50. The device has been listed on the company website, without any information provided regarding price. However, the device is available via various online retail websites for Rs 7,990.
The Quattro L50 sports a 5-inch full lamination display with 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The onboard storage is 16GB that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs Kandy UI v1.0 based on Android's 5.1 Lollipop version.
On the camera front, one can expect a 13MP rear snapper, LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. The device supports 4G as well as 3G. Some other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 2,600mAh battery finally completes the package.
The company had recently launched the Titanium S205 2GB and Titanium Moghul priced at Rs 5,790 and Rs 6,790 respectively. Seeking to strengthen Karbonn’s Titanium smartphone series, the new offerings are perfect combination of style with substance, a company spokesperson had said.
The Titanium Moghul is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad Core processor and features a 12.7cm qHD IPS Capacitive screen, Dragon trail scratch-resistance glass, 8MP auto focus with LED flash back camera, 3.2MP front camera along with a 2000mAh battery.
The Titanium S205 2GB sports the same screen size and Dragon trail scratch resistance glass as Moghul, but its HD IPS screen is said to offer an enhanced resolution for better viewing experience. This dual SIM phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It operates on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop.
