The Meizu MX was previously dubbed the M9II and got renamed to the Meng Xiang which translates to “dream” in Chinese. The MX can also be read a M10 by reading the X as a Roman number. Meizu CEO, Jack Wong showed off his company’s next offering through his forum 109 days after the Meizu M9 was launched.
The prototype of the MX has a really interesting feature like a 4-inch retina display; all Apple iPhones have 3.5-inch displays. This mobile phone will also have a minimum of 16 GB of hard disk space, 1 GB RAM and most likely possess a dual-core processor which will run on Android 2.3 or later. A notable feature is that it will be less than a hundredth of an inch thinner than the iPhone 4.
The iPhone 4 looks to finally have some serious competition when Meizu releases the MX. Meizu is set to release the Meizo MX by the end of this year and will be priced at Rs. 24, 334.
