Google Allows You to Doodle in Certain E-books

Remember when you used to scribble in books because, well, you could? E-books take that ability away now. Google recognizes this, and with a certain set of e-books, offers Doodle Mode, which you can turn on or off as you desire and it gives you a virtual crayon for the virtual pages.

Doodle mode will be available for a children's series called, "The Everything Kids". The series include titles like The Everything Kids' Connect Dots Puzzle and Activity Book, The Everything Kids' Mazes Book, and The Everything Kids' Hidden Pictures Book. These titles cost about $6 (Rs. 268) each. If you buy them and open them via the Google Books Web Reader, you'll be able to doodle in the virtual world.

Books that are available for Doodle mode will have an option in the menu in the top right corner. Doodles aren't saved, so everytime you reopen the page, you'll start with a clean slate.
