Battlefield 3 has performed rather well at sales. In fact it’s EA's fastest selling game till date moving nearly 5 million copies in its first week. But for a game like this, which is primarily multiplayer driven, constant tweaking and updating is a must. And that’s exactly what EA and DICE are doing. According to the official Battlefield 3 blog, DICE are working hard on ironing out all the kinks to make sure Xbox360, PS3 and PC gamers have a smoother online experience.
Be advised. Smoother experience incoming.
To be honest this has to be one of the smoothest Battlefield 3 launches till date. I was one of the lucky few who had absolutely no issues but even so, the number of people who had connectivity problems was far less as compared to Bad Company 2. Either way, if you’re having issues authenticating your game or connecting to servers, they all should be sorted out soon. Head on over to their blog for a full list of incoming fixes.
