Contrary to the buzz swirling around the internet last week, Sony is not going to release the PlayStation 4 anytime soon. Last week at an investor’s meeting, Sony's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Masaru Kato had justified Research and Development costs to what many believed was a successor to the PlayStation 4. Well, it turns out he was talking about the NGP as Sony are in no hurry to churn out the PS4 according to IGN.
It's all about the NGP this year
This E3, their primary focus, besides a ton of games of course will be their handheld powerhouse, the NGP. Even though we haven’t played with the device ourselves, the thought of replaying older PSP games with improved visuals, and more importantly right analog stick support, is enough to get us all warm and fuzzy within.
