CES 2010: Dell Announces 'Streak' Tablet Concept MID

The tablet or slate PC frenzy at CES is only getting stronger with more of the big players announcing their entrants into the field. Dell’s “Tablet Concept” is the device that’s been dubbed the Streak that looks more like a touchscreen mobile phone concept rather a Tablet PC similar to their recently launched Dell Mini 3i. Using the Android Platform (v2.0 Donut) as its OS for its 5-inch touchscreen display (800 x 480 pixel resolution), the device also seems to incorporate a 5 megapixel camera with a Dual LED flash located at the rear. This MID (Mobile Internet Device) will also feature Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G WWAN connectivity. It’s a sleek looking device for sure but is still one of the many tablet PC devices announced at CES 2010.
