Call of Duty: Black Ops Leaked on P2P Sites

Like most high profile games before its time, the Xbox360 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops has been leaked on the internet by a P2P Piracy group. Before you make a beeline for your favorite torrent site you should know that this is something called a SSv1 rip which means if you take this game online, Microsoft will know you’ve been a bad boy. And bad boys get their consoles banned from Xbox Live.

One of the users who has tried out the game isn’t too impressed with it apparently and rated it a modest 7/10. Then again I wouldn’t take his word too seriously as he feels the game has gone a bit "too Hollywood". I’m guessing he should have stuck to Arma or Operation Flashpoint.

While it does sound tempting to "check out" one of the hottest upcoming shooters out there, we strongly suggest you hold onto your horses. Call of Duty: Black Ops releases officially for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC by the 9th of November 2010.
