The CloudStation enables users to decide what, where and when to share data stored on the appliance. Similar to a hard drive that operates inside the computer, Buffalo CloudStation is accessible from the PC, Mac computers, as well as a smartphone browser. Also, since it’s based on the Pogoplug, you can choose from a wide variety of apps, which can be accessed through your smartphone no matter where you are. The DLNA support comes in handy when you want to access the content from your phone or tablet. Most Android devices support DLNA these days, so syncing it with the Cloud Station is pretty simple. By doing so, one can easily browse the contents of the storage directly from your phone.
