ASUS introduced three new motherboards in the ROG range, these include – Maximus IV GENE-Z, Maximus IV Extreme-Z and Crosshair V Formula. The Maximus IV GENE-Z and Maximus IV Extreme-Z are powered by the new Intel Z68 chipset, which ASUS claims fulfills their promise of delivering unmatchable gaming and overclocking features. The Crosshair V Formula, on the other hand is packed with AMD’s first 990FX-based motherboard with support for both 3-Way SLI and CrossFire X, also including a graphical UEFI BIOS. Wrapping up the gaming experience is the Vulcan gaming headset, which ASUS claims comes bundled with active noise-canceling technology.

The display at 27-inches has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the average gamer.
