Customers annoyed with the new iPhone 4 and its antenna problems are able to return the phone back to Apple without facing the 10% restocking fee. However, customers who bought the phone from AT&T will still incur their restocking charge. This is following the complaints, lawsuits and statements from Apple regarding the antenna in the new iPhone 4. They said that they did not see this problem coming and are working on a software update to fix it.
