Apple Gets Sued in Tracking Madness

Of course, this is what we were waiting for. Two people, one Vikram Ajjampur from Florida and William Devito from New York have both filed law suits against Apple in the heat of the tracking issue. Ajjampur, who uses an iPhone and Devito who uses an iPad want a refund for their iDevices and want the federal government to bar Apple from collecting this information.

Jobs for an answer.

iSue, you sue, everybody sues, for iSue.

These aren't likely to be the only two lawsuits Apple's going to face in the near future. Even though Steve Jobs has commented on the matter, saying that Apple is not collecting information on you, however, this tracking business is being seen as a dent in the company's armour and they're likely to face a rough time ahead dealing with more suits following in from everywhere.
