Android Market touches 10 billion downloads, offers apps at cut prices

We knew that the Android Market was booming, but we certainly didn’t know its pace. Through their Google+ page, Google announced that their Android Market has reached 10 billion downloads worldwide. This is truly an impressive feat for an app market, who in July hovered around the 6 billion download mark and jumped up by 4 billion in such a short span of time.

To celebrate this achievement, Google is offering apps from top Android developers at amazing prices. The post reads that starting from the 6th of December; they will offer a new set of apps available for just 10 cents each. The apps on offer today include Asphalt 6 HD, Color & Draw For Kids, Minecraft, and others. Be sure to check back everyday for the next few days to see what new apps the brand has for offer.

This offer is available for Android users all across the globe and one can post comments of their favorite apps and hopefully it too will be available at a discounted price. To know more about what apps are on discount, hit the link here.
