The closest alternative that Windows Phone users have to Instagram, Itsdagram, is back to the Windows Phone Store for Windows 8 users. The paid app, which was launched last Friday, was removed because of missing features and a few bugs.
The Instagram wannabe, which calls itself a full-featured Instagraam client, has added some of the features that users felt were missing from the app. While using Itsdagram, users can now like photos, by simply double tapping on the image. Additionally, users can also add comments directly from the feed view.
What most users felt was missing in Itsdagram were the photo filters that Instagram has always been popular for. That has now been fixed, with an OTA update released on Friday night. Additional, photo filters will keep getting added to Itsdagram, without needing to update the app itself. Thus users can constantly look out for new filters that'll keep getting added .

Itsdagram follows the modern UI of Windows to make the app look like it is made distinctly for the platform. Instagram regulars will however find that the app is similar to the Instagram version found in Android and iPhone versions, with the list and grid views for photos essentially remaining the same, just with a different UI around them.
Itsdagram will also allow Windows 8 users to see the pictures that they were tagged in, but won't allow them to tag people in the photos, at least as of now. Another major point of difference is that the filters on Itsdagram will look different from the filters in Instagram. Thus photos will appear different than ones uploaded with filters from the Instagram app.
For now the $1.49 app only supports Windows Phone 8, but the developer, Daniel Gray, has promised that support for Windows Phone 7.5 and 7.8 devices will be rolled out soon. With Instagram still unavailable on the Windows Phone, Itsdagram is the best option you can get. Some sources are claiming that a free, ad-supported version of the app will be coming later this week.
