Kiev says its forces clashed with Russian troops inside Ukraine

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine said its forces had attacked and partly destroyed a Russian armoured column that entered Ukrainian territory overnight, a firefight which if confirmed would mark a dramatic worsening of the conflict. Ukraine artillery destroys part of Russian armoured column - Poroshenko

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukrainian artillery destroyed a "significant" part of a Russian armoured column that crossed into Ukraine during the night, President Petro Poroshenko told British Prime Minister David Cameron on Friday, according to the presidential website.
