Bill Marshall, co-founder of the Toronto International Film Festival, passes away aged 77Producer Bill Marshall, who co-founded the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 1976, has died at the age of 77. Marshall died of cardiac arrest on 1 January in a hospital, his family said.
