MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Islamist al Shabaab militants attacked an African Union peacekeepers' convoy on Sunday in southern Somalia, wounding at least three people and burning two vehicles, a Somali army officer said. ROME (Reuters) - As many as 700 people are feared dead after a boat carrying migrants capsized off the Libyan coast overnight, in one of the worst disasters seen in the Mediterranean migrant crisis, officials said on Sunday.
